Vodafone’s 4G – or 4th Generation – network has demonstrated trial speeds that are the fastest currently on offer in the Australian market of up to 100Mbps – speeds not seen in all five mainland capitals on any other network in the country.
It’s obvious Vodafone AU have been working hard on this in the background for while now. It’s early days, and we won’t know real-world speeds & coverage until more devices start hopping onto the network, but so far the Speed test results I’ve seen on Twitter are looking quietly promising.
