Twitter rolls out a redesigned iOS app

Today, with lots of feedback and ideas from you, we’re refreshing our product too and making it feel lighter, faster, and easier to use. We listened closely and kept what you love. And for the things you didn’t, we took a new approach to fix and make better.

One of biggest (and best) improvements is the use of Safari in-app. This means that when you go to websites like YouTube you’re logged in already.

Other changes include you account/profile settings all being in spot, a consolidation and uniformity of font use and new iconography.

Tweet replies will now update inline meaning that as “conversations” (Twitter is still the worst format for this) happen you can see them update in real time.
