The recently acquired Pocket Casts app from Adelaide based development house Shifty Jelly has moved to make the app entirely free across both iOS and Android.
A new Pocket Casts Plus premium product has been made available as a part of the announcement also. This A$1.50/m or A$12.48/yr service provides access to both its web and desktop players as well as cloud storage to play your own files, additional themes and new icons.
The Plus service will made available FREE (for good) to anyone who previously purchased access to either Pocket Casts web or desktop products in the past.
