Fortress Esports Pty Ltd has today announced that the largest video game and esports venue in the Southern Hemisphere is coming to Emporium Melbourne.
OK, I’m ready to admit it. Esports is a thing & it’s only getting bigger.
One of Melbourne CBD’s most prominent (and new) retail spaces is now converting what used to be TopShop into a 2,700m2 Esports mecca.
Opening in early 2020 the space will boast 200+ seats for its main gameplay arena, dedicated streaming pods, bar, tavern and dedicated RPG tabletop space.
