It’s raining Android mid-range phones at the moment, and Google is bringing the thunder with their new A$599 Pixel 4a.
Available for pre-order today, the new phone will begin shipping on September 10th in Australia and is available in one size and colour only.
The new phone is equipped with a 5.81″ OLED ‘hole-punch’ display with a Snpadragon 730G, 6GB of RAM & 128GB storage hidden beneath it.
Camera wise, the Pixel 4a may be a tad undercooked for many people’s liking. It sports a single rear 12.2MP f/1.7 camera on the back and an 8MP f/2.0 under the front display.
Perplexingly there’s no wireless charging and while many would’ve liked there to be a 5G modem inside it was an unlikely ask on a midrange in 2020.
