Here’s the new iPad Air 2.

It’s thinner than the last one.

It’s faster than the last one.

It has Touch ID now, which is handy.

You can get a gold version now.

They got rid of the rotation lock/mute switch for some reason.

The two cameras are much improved, and appear to be on par with what is in the iPhone 5S.

Battery is the same (10 hours).

They are still doing that weird thing with capacity tiers. 16/64/128GB. Don’t buy a 16GB, you dummy.

You can pre-order tomorrow, and it goes on sale Friday October 25th.
