David Cage’s Detroit: Become Human lands May 25th

In a dystopian vision of our near future, Detroit is the story of three androids, three machines designed to obey, who start to feel emotions. Confronted with persecution and the violence of society, they will all have to decide who they want to be.

You’re either a fan of David Cage’s work you hate it. I don’t think there’s too much of a middle ground when you look at people’s reactions to his previous titles “Heavy Rain” and “Beyond: Two Souls“.

I had a chance to play through a sequence of Detroit: Become Human at last year’s Gamescom event and, having enjoyed the previous titles, found it to be an exciting evolution of Cage’s work.

Throughout Detroit you play as three androids, each with their own unique story and path. The first, Conor is a prototype designed to help human investigators on cases involving androids; Kara becomes a fugitive by empathizing with a little girl, united in their dream of freedom; and Markus whom will become the leader of the android revolution.

Really looking forward to its release!
