NBN provider MyRepublic Pty Ltd (MyRepublic) has paid penalties totalling $25,200 following the ACCC issuing two infringement notices for alleged false or misleading representations about its NBN service performance.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
The ACCC has pinged MyRepublic for not making it clear enough that the 50 & 100 “speed tier” doesn’t reflect your speed all<\/em> the time.<\/p>\n
The footnote apparently isn’t big enough or clear enough to potential customers under the new NBN advertising guidelines put into place.<\/p>\n
