The feature begins rolling out to WhatsApp\u2019s billion-plus users today on Android, iPhone, and Windows Phone.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>WhatsApp becomes the fourth Facebook product to clone Snapchat stories. Instagram was the first, in August.
