Vlad Savov from The Verge got a comment from Samsung about the issue:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We highly recommend our Galaxy Note5 users follow the instructions in the user guide to ensure they do not experience such an unexpected scenario caused by reinserting the S pen in the other way around.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Thing is though, <a href=\"http:\/\/arstechnica.com\/gadgets\/2015\/08\/galaxy-note-5-design-flaw-a-backwards-s-pen-can-permanently-damage-the-device\/\" target=\"_blank\">according to Ars Technica<\/a>, the manual doesn&#8217;t ship with the device. You have to hunt it down online.<\/p>\n<p>Also, is it really that unexpected? I dunno, I fiddle with my devices all the time.
