Today is the 25 year anniversary of Team17&#8217;s infamous &#8220;Worms&#8221;.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>I remember playing Worms on my next door neighbour&#8217;s Amiga when it first came out, way back in 1995. It was like a cartoon version of <a href=\"https:\/\/classicreload.com\/res\/scorched-earth.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Scorched Earth<\/a> that grew a sense of humour in the process.<\/p>\n<p>25 years on and there have been a raft of Worms titles that have followed. From Worms 2, to Worms 3D, Worms: Open Warfare, Armageddon Worms and more.<\/p>\n<p>To celebrate the occasion <a href=\"https:\/\/store.team17.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Team17 are offering up to 80% off the full range of Worms titles in their online store<\/a> ahead of the latest in the franchise&#8217;s release on December 1st.<\/p>\n<p>The new title, <em>Worms Rumble<\/em>, innovates over its past offerings delivering real-time, fast paced action not seen in a Worms title before.
