Ahead of today’s Ubisoft Forward event, Ubisoft CEO, Yves Guillemot posted a video to the company’s Twitter account addressing recent events of “toxic” behaviour amongst some of the company’s upper-echelon across multiple countries.

Earlier in the year Ubisoft executives Serge Hascoet, Cecile Cornet, and Ubisoft Canada head Yannis Mallat departed the company amongst a number of harassment allegations, with PR director Stone Chin following not long after.

In addition to addressing the company’s stance on unacceptable behaviour, Guillemot spoke to the regrettable use of an in-game symbol, where a raised-fist was used to represent a villainous revolutionary group in the mobile game Tom Clancy’s Elite Squad.
