…a glitch with some payments in Netbank and the bank’s recently relaunched app accidentally prompted multiple payments because of a defective error screen.
Oops, it looks like NAB aren’t the only ones having app issues. At least the NAB aren’t recharging users though!
It appears a small group of users who were processing payments late last week were charged once more when told the original transaction wasn’t completed.
CBA have advised the issue was fixed almost immediately but acknowledge thousands of duplicate transactions were processed between last Thursday and Friday morning (Sept 5th – 6th, 2019).
