Some unit in Radelaide has the private plates ‘COVID 19’

On a Beamer no less.

“Why?” is the obvious question here. I don’t have the ego to put custom plates of any description on my car, but that’s just me. Never could I imagine wanting to draw so much attention to myself than putting COVID-19 on a BMW.

A mystery vehicle that has captured the attention of workers at Adelaide Airport because of its “COVID 19” number plate was spotted being driven on a nearby road in late March, video suggests.

Don’t worry, NSW won’t be left out of the fun. They’ve got a Volvo emblazoned with “COVID” on a dragon artwork plates complete with mask on the grill.
