TPG is a weird little company, controlled by the Teoh family who started it back in the early 90s. They’re cheapskates and very private – which aren’t bad things, but unusual things for rich people. There’s not a lot written about them, but this article by BRW in 2013 is about as close as it gets to a profile on the family.
