Internet entrepreneur Kim Dotcom’s bid to stop his extradition to the United States has failed in New Zealand’s second-highest court.
In case you’ve forgotten, six years ago Dotcom’s home was raided in spectacular fashion where he was arrested for a variety of copyright infringements to be processed in the US.
Since then he’s been fighting the extradition order and has now lost his appeal in New Zealand’s second highest court.
After losing it was made clear that Dotcom and lawyers plan to take it to the Supreme Court in a last ditch attempt to stay in New Zealand.
