When you start suing people for copying a genre, (which spoiler alert you didn’t really develop yourself either) it can often mean things are not going so well for filing company.
Yes, I whole heartedly agree PUBG defined the genre. Before PUBG the genre, or idea, of a large scale group of players fighting each other until one was left wasn’t really done well or known but trying to say you now own the idea is likely to leave them with egg on their face.
