The “Apple Cafe” as envisioned had food service, paraphernalia retail, user support, and computer sales all rolled into a common gathering place.
Sure for 1998, when the plans were shelved, these may have seemed visionary but I think ultimately when Steve came back in and put them to rest we’ve ended up with a better result.
That said, I spent an hour waiting for a Genius the other day, a sandwich would’ve been nice!
