A few months ago, James wrote a post on some of the best data deals available from Australian telcos. Vodafone and Telstra’s 4G products were the best of the bunch – but sadly, no more.
A few months ago, Vodafone changed their terms of service so that new users would not be able to “buy data” with their Flexicredit. The Flexicredit trick stil works for old customers though.
Now Telstra have updated their Freedom Prepaid options, and internet “Browse Packs” are “no longer compatible” with Freedom Plans. Bummer.
So the question is, what is the best plan for data hungry nerds these days?
